Our founder, Jason Mills, was a child of the personal computer revolution of the early 1980’s; in 1985 he started the Livermore Telephone Company designing and installing business telephone systems in the San Francisco Bay Area. Finding great success, he relocated to Stockton, where in the 1990’s he was involved in several communications companies and Internet Service Providers whose cumulative net worth was valued at nearly a billion dollars. As a leader in the telecom sector for over 20 years, Jason Mills has been a pioneer in the competitive telecommunications industry. Appearing in many industry publications, he is recognized by his peers as an industry expert. In 1996, he took his expertise, unique experiences and leadership skills and started Utility Telephone, focusing exclusively on services for businesses.
